Please complete the enrolment form and provide to your Exercise Physiologist.

Do you have a Chronic Health Condition? If so you will also require a referral form from you GP.

Improve your strength and flexibility with COTA ACT’s affordable fitness program for older Canberrans. Strength for Life is a progressive training program designed to improve your strength and fitness. It doesn’t matter if you are unfit, or have never done a class before. You’ll have an individualised program while taking part in a class that is designed for people of all levels of ability. You’ll also have the opportunity to socialise with like-minded people!
