Allows you to work with one of the high performance Personal Trainers in a small group setting with similar goals and where you can also benefit by motivating and supporting each other.

Personal Training

Facilitates a pathway towards  your optimal well-being in a caring, encouraging and private training session. You have your trainer's complete focus on you and your specific needs and goals (30, 45, 60 minutes in length depending on your individual needs).
