Pilates at CRP
We like to keep our classes small, allowing a maximum of 6 participants only. This enables our instructors to carefully guide you through the class and support your needs.
Our qualified instructors also have backgrounds in; Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy and Group Fitness, and are passionate about supporting you to develop your health and wellbeing.
Mats are provided- all you need is a towel and your water bottle!
